Exceptional customer service!
Exactly what one would expect for a luxury brand. From the minute I contacted the dealership to have service done, the experience was exceptional. My questions were answered promptly, I was able to get my vehicle in quickly for service, pricing was discussed over the phone before coming in. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted immediately and taken care of. The service to my vehicle was excellent, it looked brand new when I picked it up. Loaner vehicle was immaculate. Kari in service went above and beyond to help me with documents for my insurance company. She even followed up with something I mentioned in passing, so thank you for paying such close attention. We were previously customers at Jaguar Calgary and had a terrible experience (see other review), so this was refreshing to see such attention paid to us!! Totally worth the 45 minute drive across the city. Even after my service, the owner called me personally to follow up and see if his dealership met our expectations! All I have to say is well done and THANK YOU for valuing our business. We will definitely be back and sharing our positive and wonderful experience. Thank you again.

What a wonderful experience.
It was great bringing my vehicle in to get serviced at Jaguar Royal Oak. The service department staff were polite, courteous, on time, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer every question I had. When I picked up my car, the service was completed with no surprises and they had even cleaned my car. When I left I was even thanked for my business! It was truly a positive experience and also a very nice place to walk around and look at some of the most beautiful cars on earth.
