Exactly what one would expect for a luxury brand. From the minute I contacted the dealership to have service done, the experience was exceptional. My questions were answered promptly, I was able to get my vehicle in quickly for service, pricing was discussed over the phone before coming in. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted immediately and taken care of. The service to my vehicle was excellent, it looked brand new when I picked it up. Loaner vehicle was immaculate. Kari in service went above and beyond to help me with documents for my insurance company. She even followed up with something I mentioned in passing, so thank you for paying such close attention. We were previously customers at Jaguar Calgary and had a terrible experience (see other review), so this was refreshing to see such attention paid to us!! Totally worth the 45 minute drive across the city. Even after my service, the owner called me personally to follow up and see if his dealership met our expectations! All I have to say is well done and THANK YOU for valuing our business. We will definitely be back and sharing our positive and wonderful experience. Thank you again.

I bought a 2021 Range Rover Sport and they made my purchase very smooth. I am from Edmonton, most of the work was done through phone calls and emails, I just showed up at the dealership to sign paperwork and pick up my new car. Just picked up a new Range Rover Sport from Bryan at Royal Oak, awesome experience! Sunday in the finance office was also a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.
