After my initial review the leadership team reached out to my mom to try and help. I am very impressed that they took the time to follow up so quickly and be so accommodating in trying to give her a better shopping experience. What a wonderful experience.
It was great bringing my vehicle in to get serviced at Jaguar Royal Oak. The service department staff were polite, courteous, on time, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer every question I had. When I picked up my car, the service was completed with no surprises and they had even cleaned my car. When I left I was even thanked for my business! It was truly a positive experience and also a very nice place to walk around and look at some of the most beautiful cars on earth.
